Recruitment Consultant (Tech)

About the role

We are seeking two enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants to join our fast‑paced tech recruitment team in London. The role offers an immediate start with a competitive salary of £28,000‑£40,000, 8‑week training and a full‑time mentor programme. You will work with leading technology brands, building and placing whole technology teams across the UK, Europe and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview and place candidates for technology positions, managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Write compelling job adverts, headhunt niche talent and negotiate offers to close deals.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates, earning commission on each successful placement.

• Resilient, coachable and able to go above and beyond for clients and candidates.
• Competitive spirit; high‑level sporting achievements are valued.
