Recruitment Consultant – Technology (Hybrid)

About the role

Reed is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join its Technology division in Edinburgh. You will work in a hybrid model, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates across the Scottish technology market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing client accounts.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and key decision‑makers.
• Source, interview and place technology professionals.
• Negotiate terms and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Drive revenue growth for your desk and develop expertise in the Scottish tech sector.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or business development, preferably within technology.
• Strong client‑facing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
• Knowledge of the Scottish technology market is a plus.
