Recruitment Consultant - Technology

About the role

Join a leading in‑house talent team as a Recruitment Consultant focused on technology roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to source, assess and place specialist professionals across a variety of tech disciplines in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple technology vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and provide market insight.
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates with expertise in cloud, AI, Salesforce, cyber security and other specialist areas.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Run internal and external recruitment campaigns while meeting service level agreements.
• Produce recruitment metrics, reports and hiring updates for stakeholders.
• Continuously improve candidate experience and recruitment effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting within the technology market.
• Background in an RPO or in‑house Talent Acquisition function.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working in a structured, process‑driven environment.
• Ability to manage several vacancies simultaneously.
