Recruitment Consultant – Trainee (Finance Focus)

About the role

Our client, a leading finance recruitment specialist, is seeking three enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Recruitment Consultants. This is a trainee position designed for candidates with any background who are hardworking, self‑motivated and enjoy working with people.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply a step‑by‑step process to source candidates for senior finance roles.
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking and write compelling job adverts.
• Head‑hunt niche candidates and use creative advertising techniques.
• Guide candidates through the end‑to‑end recruitment journey, from interview to offer.
• Negotiate offers and close deals, earning commission from day one.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and determination.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and coachable.
• Competitive mindset; high‑level sporting achievements are a plus.
• Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve targets.
