About the role
We are looking for dynamic Recruitment Consultants (or Senior) to develop our US market business from our Wimbledon office. The role involves full‑cycle recruitment, client development and market expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Secure new clients and develop repeat business in the US market.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to placement.
- Conduct cold calling, headhunting and networking to source candidates.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team targets.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a drive to succeed.
- Resilience and motivation to handle rejection in a sales‑focused environment.
