Recruitment Consultant – Warm Desk – Immediate Earnings

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to take over a warm desk specialising in Special Educational Needs (SEN) recruitment. You will inherit established school partnerships, active vacancies and a ready candidate network, allowing you to start billing from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Take over a warm desk with existing school partnerships and active vacancies in the SEN market.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for SEN positions across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with client schools and candidate talent.
• Visit schools regularly, conduct interviews and present suitable candidates.
• Achieve billing targets and generate commission from day one.

Required profile

• Motivated and resilient individual with a sales‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in recruitment, education or SEN sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong relationship‑building and client service skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
