We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant for our Watford branch, offering a competitive package with £35K on-target earnings. You will join a fast-moving, award-winning agency that values people and invests in their development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop existing and prospective client relationships.
• Identify, win, grow and retain business opportunities.
• Organise and attend new and service visits to clients.
• Provide high-quality service to both temporary staff and clients.
• Maintain compliance and uphold the company’s high standards.

• Ability to build strong client relationships through conversation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Outgoing, positive personality with a “can‑do” attitude.
• Motivation to achieve and be rewarded for defined goals.
• Capability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.
