Recruitment Coordinator – Full‑time, Birmingham

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our client’s small recruitment team in Birmingham. You will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience while supporting the growing client base.

Key responsibilities

• Post job adverts, screen applications and maintain an accurate audit trail.
• Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, consistent and accurate.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPI targets.
• Collaborate with the bookings team to understand resource needs and support onboarding of approved linguists.
• Produce and present weekly recruitment reports.

Required profile

• Experience of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Customer‑focused approach to managing relationships with external candidates.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, complex organisational environment.
• Adaptable, flexible and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and highly developed organisational skills.
