Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

Howdens Joinery, the UK’s No.1 trade kitchen supplier, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join its Trade Recruitment Team in Watford. You will own the day‑to‑day coordination of high‑volume depot hiring, ensuring a smooth, fast‑paced recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment administration for depot hiring using Workday.
• Post roles, track applications, and move candidates through each stage.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and depot managers.
• Provide guidance to applicants and answer recruitment queries.
• Support recruiters, depot managers, and external partners on recruitment processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and invoicing.
• Assist with recruitment events, career fairs, and additional projects as needed.

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Commercially minded and able to build strong relationships.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment environment (desirable).
• Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
