Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support the end‑to‑end hiring of clinical and non‑clinical professionals for a healthcare client. The role is primarily remote, with occasional attendance at local clinics or recruitment events as required.

Key responsibilities

• Advertise vacancies and manage candidate pipelines using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews (telephone, video, face‑to‑face) with candidates and hiring managers.
• Liaise with healthcare recruitment agencies to attract qualified clinicians and maintain strong partnerships.
• Schedule interview panels, prepare documentation, and provide timely feedback to candidates and agencies.
• Support onboarding by ensuring pre‑employment paperwork, compliance checks and professional registrations are completed within strict timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of recruitment experience, preferably in the clinical healthcare sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clinicians, hiring managers and agencies.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing demands.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
