Recruitment Delivery Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our Leeds teaching team, supporting the placement of experienced teaching staff across the public sector. You will work in a fast‑growing, award‑winning agency that values training, development and a supportive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media and internal databases.
• Engage with clients to understand their staffing needs and meet agreed timescales.
• Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Advertise vacancies, conduct CV searches and manage registrations.
• Collaborate with the team to fill bookings and support candidate mailings.
• Perform data entry and general administration tasks.

Required profile

• Driven, motivated and hungry with a winning attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, “can‑do” mindset.
• Graduate or equivalent qualification desirable.
• Experience in a similar recruitment or sales‑focused role is advantageous.
• Demonstrated track record of achievement in work, education or sport.
