Recruitment Manager (Hybrid) – Exeter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our Exeter office on a hybrid basis. You will lead commercial recruitment activities, driving revenue and building lasting client relationships across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and retain existing accounts within accountancy, HR, IT, legal or executive recruitment.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to placement.
• Collaborate with a dedicated Resourcer to streamline administrative tasks.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professional integrity.

Required profile

• Several years of proven agency recruitment experience in a commercial setting.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Self‑starter with strong motivation and ambition.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

• Competitive basic salary £35,000‑£42,000 (DOE).
• Commission ranging from 15% to 25% plus annual bonus.
