About the role

Lloyd Barnes Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join their Exeter office on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on generating and retaining revenue across sectors such as Accountancy, HR, IT, Legal, and Executive recruitment, while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and retain revenue through commercial recruitment activities.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across targeted sectors.
• Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.

Required profile

• Several years of proven agency experience in Accountancy, HR, IT, Legal, or Executive recruitment.
• Confident self‑starter with integrity, drive, and outstanding customer service.
• Highly motivated, ambitious and passionate about building and nurturing client relationships.

• Competitive basic salary £35,000‑£42,000 (DOE) plus commission (15‑25%).
