You will develop recruitment expertise while delivering measurable results for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage recruitment marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Write compelling job adverts, outreach messages and marketing content.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and candidate engagement.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment technology to run attraction campaigns.
• Speak with candidates to understand their experience, motivations and career goals.
• Support consultants throughout the recruitment process and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends in technology, recruitment and digital marketing.
• Contribute to Ronald James’ brand development through creative initiatives.
