Recruitment Partner – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Henkel is seeking a proactive Recruitment Partner to support talent acquisition across the UK, Ireland and the Nordic region. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, building strong relationships with hiring managers and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions and levels across the covered markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, provide market insight and develop attraction strategies.
• Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Conduct screening interviews, guide candidates through the process and manage offers.
• Support employer branding, recruitment marketing and use data to improve hiring outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Henkel policies and local employment legislation.

Required profile

• Previous in‑house or agency recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities across different countries.
• Independent yet collaborative work style and passion for talent attraction.
