Recruitment Resourcer – 9‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join a large, values‑driven organisation on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract. You will manage a portfolio of vacancies from advert through to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned vacancies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Source candidates and develop talent pipelines.
• Provide clear communication and timely updates to candidates.
• Complete recruitment administration, compliance checks and pre‑employment processes.
• Maintain recruitment systems, reports and trackers.
• Collaborate with the People Services team to improve processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, recruitment administration or a busy customer‑focused administrative role.
• Strong organisational ability and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
