Recruitment Resourcer – Build Candidate Pipelines

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to partner closely with senior consultants on our Infrastructure desk. In this fast‑paced environment you will build strong candidate pipelines, support multiple hiring demands and help deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with consultants to understand vacancy requirements and hiring timelines.
• Source and select suitable candidates from job boards, social media, referrals and market knowledge.
• Prepare and post job adverts, maintaining up‑to‑date candidate records in our systems.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess interest, experience, salary expectations and notice periods.
• Assist consultants with compliance processes and coordinate interview schedules.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Proactive, target‑driven attitude with an ethical approach to recruitment.
