Recruitment Resourcer – Education Sector

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our Southampton team, supporting the placement of teaching and support staff across the UK and internationally. This role offers a chance to build strong relationships with schools and candidates while working towards attractive targets and commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephone interviews with prospective candidates to assess suitability for various teaching and support roles.
• Advertise vacancies on job boards in line with company guidelines.
• Source candidates via social media, job boards, CV databases and the branch network.
• Coordinate each stage of the recruitment process from initial application through to offer of employment.
• Support the preparation and distribution of candidate mailers.
• Perform data entry and general administrative tasks related to recruitment.

Required profile

• Driven, hungry and motivated with a ‘winning’ attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop recruitment skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Positive, ‘can‑do’ mindset.
• Graduate or equivalent qualification desirable.
• Competitive and target‑driven approach.
• Experience in a similar role or within the education sector is advantageous.
• Demonstrated track record of achievement in work, education or sport.
