Recruitment Resourcer – Entry Level in Education Sector

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our London office and support the hiring of teachers and teaching assistants for schools across the UK. This permanent, full‑time position offers a clear pathway from Resourcer to Junior Recruitment Consultant within 6‑12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates for teaching and support roles.
• Manage day‑to‑day cover bookings, as well as contract and permanent placements throughout the academic year.
• Collaborate closely with a Recruitment Manager to understand client needs and deliver suitable candidates.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment system and ensure timely communication with candidates and clients.
• Achieve personal and team targets, contributing to the company’s commission structure.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, hardworking and driven to deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Background in sales, recruitment or customer service is desirable but not essential.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
