About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage the vacancy process by liaising with clients, arranging interviews and gathering feedback.
• Conduct post‑placement calls to ensure candidate satisfaction and report any issues.
• Book and attend virtual candidate registrations, verify right‑to‑work documents and match candidates to suitable roles.
• Send applicant and client mailers and provide service feedback calls.
• Participate in virtual meetings with consultants to understand vacancy details.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Motivated, hard‑working and eager to develop a career in recruitment.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
