Recruitment Resourcer (Hybrid)

About the role

M4 Talent Group is expanding its Talent Team with a brand‑new Talent Lead position covering the North London & East Territory. The role will own the full candidate journey – from sourcing and screening to onboarding and compliance – delivering a fast, high‑quality service for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Post job adverts and proactively source suitable candidates.
• Screen applicants, support shortlisting for Business and Account Managers.
• Manage the full onboarding process, ensuring accuracy and a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct compliance checks (right‑to‑work, licences, references) to keep the team audit‑ready.
• Oversee timesheet administration, including reminders, accuracy checks and query resolution.
• Act as the first point of contact for candidate or client queries, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, trackers and reports to support operational planning.
• Collaborate with the wider Talent Team to share best practice and ensure service consistency.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset able to interpret data, spot trends and drive smarter decisions.
• Proactive, people‑focused approach and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Experience in recruitment administration, resourcing or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
