About the role
We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our fast‑growing healthcare staffing team in Leeds. You will play a key part in sourcing and engaging candidates for temporary and permanent positions across hospitals, care homes and community services.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephone interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Create and publish compelling job adverts.
- Source candidates using job boards, CV databases and social media platforms.
- Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process from application through to job offer.
Required profile
- Confident, resilient communicator with a natural ability to build relationships.
- Strong organisational and IT aptitude.
- Team‑player who thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
