Recruitment Resourcer – Property Temps Team

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Temps team supporting property companies. This fast‑paced, people‑focused role offers a great entry point for anyone who loves talking to candidates and wants to build a career in recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Post adverts and search for candidates on major job boards.
• Shortlist applications and identify top talent.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess suitability.
• Manage onboarding, compliance and placement of candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to encourage repeat engagement.

Required profile

• A genuine people person who enjoys phone and face‑to‑face interaction.
• Customer service or sales experience (resourcing experience a plus, training provided).
• Driven, ambitious and eager to build a long‑term career.
• Comfortable thriving in a busy, buzzing environment.
