Recruitment Resourcer – Talent Sourcing

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in West Malling. You will be responsible for attracting, engaging and building pipelines of high‑quality candidates for a variety of care and office‑based positions. This role works closely with Operations and Branch Managers to ensure recruitment needs are met efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and Branch Managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Create compelling job adverts that attract top talent.
• Build and maintain talent pools for care and office roles.
• Manage recruitment campaigns across job boards and external partners.
• Identify and attend recruitment fairs, exhibitions and attraction events.
• Support targeted recruitment marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Review applications, shortlist candidates and conduct telephone screening interviews.
• Carry out face‑to‑face interviews, assess suitability and provide feedback to candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data.
• Handle high‑volume recruitment while meeting performance targets and prioritising workload.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the care sector.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong administrative and IT abilities.
• Excellent organisational and planning capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
• Confident decision‑maker with solid candidate assessment skills.
• Understanding of person‑centred care principles.
• Professional, resilient and customer‑focused attitude.
