Recruitment Resourcer – Temporary (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for two enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcers to support a busy Christmas hiring campaign for major retail accounts. The role is temporary, full‑time and based near Chelmsford with a hybrid working pattern, starting in August.

Key responsibilities

• Review applications and CVs to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephone screenings and assess candidate fit.
• Arrange and coordinate interview schedules.
• Extend verbal offers and prepare offer documentation.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure smooth hand‑over to HR.
• Assist in the recruitment of approximately 120 temporary staff.

Required profile

• Strong telephone etiquette and clear communication.
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
• Capacity to handle high‑volume workloads efficiently.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Experience in administration, retail supervision, hospitality management or recruitment coordination is advantageous.
