Recruitment Specialist – Engineering (Hybrid, Manchester)

About the role

Join Progressive Engineering’s high‑performing Manchester office as a Recruitment Specialist. You will work in a hybrid setting, supporting the growth of our Engineering teams across construction, data centres, pharmaceuticals, energy infrastructure and decarbonisation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates in the engineering market.
• Interview, assess and match candidates to suitable roles.
• Negotiate offers and manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring targets and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, business development or B2B sales.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
