Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Tech & Finance (UK)

About the role

We are partnering with a range of UK employers to recruit talent acquisition professionals across the tech and finance sectors. The positions are open to candidates at every career stage – from resourcers and researchers to senior consultants, team leads and heads of talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and assess candidates for specialised tech and finance roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and market networks.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – screening, interviewing, feedback, offers and onboarding.
• Develop trusted relationships with hiring managers or client stakeholders.
• Provide market insights on skill availability, salary benchmarks and hiring strategies.
• For agency‑track roles: generate new business, negotiate fees and meet billing targets.
• For in‑house tracks: partner with hiring managers on role definitions, champion employer brand and oversee ATS and hiring metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either agency, in‑house or a mix of both.
• Interest or specialisation in tech and/or finance hiring.
• Strong relationship‑building and market‑research capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver high‑quality hires.
