Recruitment Team Leader (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Team Leader to head our talent acquisition function in Thame. Working hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote), you will drive recruitment strategy, coach a team of recruiters and ensure high‑quality hires for senior and commercial roles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the recruitment team to meet vacancy targets and service level agreements.
• Manage performance reviews, personal development plans and ongoing training.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from job advert creation to onboarding.
• Conduct video interviews, support hiring managers in assessment days and final‑stage interviews.
• Maintain and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related technology.
• Build talent pipelines, leveraging AI and behavioural assessment tools.
• Produce recruitment reports and insights using ATS data, Excel and Power BI.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment legislation, GDPR and company policies.

Required profile

• Strong end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, organisational and administrative capabilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing recruitment metrics.
• Solid knowledge of recruitment compliance, onboarding processes and GDPR.

• Salary £30,000‑£33,000 per annum plus a 5% company bonus.
