Recruitment Team Leader – SEN Education

About the role
We are looking for an experienced SEN education recruitment professional to step into a Team Leader role. You will work closely with our SEN Manager to drive the performance of the SEN recruitment team and deliver exceptional service to candidates and schools.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day management of the SEN recruitment team.
- Provide training, coaching and development for team members.
- Oversee internal recruitment processes and ensure targets are met.
- Manage your own SEN desk, handling client and candidate relationships.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a SEN education consultant or recruiter.
- Strong understanding of the SEN education recruitment sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
- Goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive salary between £35,000 and £50,000 per year.
- Market‑leading commission structure and team leader bonus.
- Flexible start date (summer or autumn term).
- Central London location on Chancery Lane.
