Recycling and Refuse Loader – Bank Staff

About the role
We are looking for a reliable Recycling and Refuse Loader to join our bank staff team in Hounslow. The role involves loading waste bins onto collection vehicles and supporting daily waste‑management operations from Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Load refuse and recycling bins and bags onto collection vehicles.
- Collect litter, deliver bins, and perform curb‑side and green‑waste collection.
- Handle food‑waste collection and transport to appropriate sites.
- Walk long distances and perform physically demanding tasks throughout each shift.
- Work in all weather conditions and maintain safety standards.
Required profile
- Physically fit and able to lift, bend and walk for extended periods.
- Available to work Monday‑Friday, full‑time.
- Team‑oriented and self‑motivated, able to adapt to varying duties.

- Hourly rate of £14.25 (range £13.23‑£14.25).
