About the role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Recycling Operative to join our team at Sundon Park, Luton. The role involves operating a cardboard baling machine, handling recyclable materials and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the cardboard baling machine safely and efficiently.
- Load, process and bale recyclable cardboard material.
- Keep the work area tidy and adhere to health and safety procedures.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials as required.
Required profile
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual, physically demanding tasks.
- Dependable work ethic with good time‑keeping.
- Willingness to learn; previous machine‑operating experience is an advantage but not essential.
