About the role
We are seeking a Recycling Operative to join a well‑established recycling company at its East Tilbury site. The role is full‑time, temporary (potentially leading to permanent) and involves hands‑on work in a fast‑moving yard environment.
Key responsibilities
- Separate unwanted materials from recyclable products.
- Sweep and keep the yard clean and tidy.
- Perform general yard duties such as waste handling and site upkeep.
- Work the scheduled shift of 08:00‑18:00, Monday‑Friday, with overtime opportunities.
Required profile
- Physical ability to perform manual sorting and cleaning tasks.
- Reliability and willingness to work the full shift schedule.
- Own transport preferred due to site location.
