Referral to Treatment (RTT) Data Coordinator

About the role

The Referral to Treatment (RTT) Data Coordinator will support the Access Manager and Operations Team in validating RTT pathways within Child Health. The role contributes to meeting performance targets by ensuring patient pathways are accurately recorded and wait times are reduced.

Key responsibilities

• Deputise the RTT Validation & Access Lead.
• Monitor and maintain patient pathways and validate data against national databases.
• Audit and validate data entered into clinical and administration systems such as HICSS, E‑Docs, E‑Camis and Camis.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness and timely entry across all hospital computerised patient systems.
• Provide on‑site support during the initial period, with the possibility of up to two days remote work once competency is achieved.

Required profile

• Good standard of secondary education with literacy and numeracy at GCSE level or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 3, A‑Level or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to work with hospital information systems.
• Commitment to continuous personal development; further courses or a degree are desirable.
