Refuse and Recycling Loader – Bank Staff

About the role
This full‑time temporary position is based in Chertsey, working Monday to Friday as a Refuse and Recycling Loader for bank staff. You will operate in all weather conditions, often starting early to meet collection schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Load bins and bags into refuse vehicles.
- Perform litter picking, bin deliveries, curb‑side collection, green waste and food waste collection.
- Walk long distances and handle physically demanding tasks throughout each shift.
Required profile
- Physically fit with the ability to lift, bend and walk extensively.
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
- Good team player who can also work self‑motivated on varied tasks.
