About the role
Responsive Personnel is seeking a Refuse Collector/Loader to join its team in Trowbridge. The position involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, with safety clothing provided, and offers a clear pathway from temporary to permanent employment.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and load household refuse from customer premises.
- Operate collection equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and polite manner as the face of the company.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including the use of supplied protective clothing.
Required profile
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a similar environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work early start times (06:00) Monday‑Friday.
