About the role

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Refuse Loaders to join our busy waste collection team in Hemel Hempstead. This full‑time, temporary role offers consistent weekday hours with an early finish, allowing you to enjoy a balanced routine.

Key responsibilities

• Collect household and commercial waste across the local area.
• Load waste into collection vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Follow health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
• Report any issues or incidents to the team supervisor.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Good physical fitness for lifting and walking throughout the day.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Previous experience in waste collection or a similar manual role is beneficial but not essential.
