Refuse Loader – Full‑time Waste Collection in Potters Bar

About the role
We are looking for motivated Refuse Loaders to join a busy waste and recycling team serving Potters Bar and surrounding areas. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays, and starts as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities
- Collect household and commercial waste and recycling as part of a crew.
- Load bins and bags onto collection vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Provide a polite and professional service to the public.
Required profile
- Valid UK driving licence (essential).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Good level of fitness – the role is physically demanding and outdoors in all weather.
- Reliability, punctuality and ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous waste or refuse experience is an advantage but not essential – training will be provided.

- Competitive hourly rate of £13.95.
- Full‑time permanent hours with occasional Saturday work.
- Training and support to perform the role safely.
