Refuse Loader – South Cerney

About the role

Responsive Personnel is hiring Refuse Collectors/Loaders to operate in South Cerney. The role involves collecting and loading household waste, working outdoors in all weather conditions while representing the company to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collect refuse from residential properties according to scheduled routes.
• Load waste into collection vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the collection area and equipment.
• Interact politely with customers, answering basic queries and providing a professional service.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, wearing supplied protective clothing.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual, with a willingness to work early morning shifts (06:00‑15:00).
• Own transport is preferred due to the location.
• Previous experience in a similar environment is advantageous.
