Regional Aftersales Manager – Scotland

About the role

This field‑based position supports automotive retailer partners across Scotland, combining relationship management, customer experience expertise and commercial awareness to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailer partners, supporting them to achieve operational, customer and commercial objectives.
• Resolve complex customer issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions to improve satisfaction.
• Monitor aftersales performance indicators, help retailers meet service, parts and retention targets, and close performance gaps.
• Collaborate with warranty and technical teams to ensure compliance with warranty processes and address operational challenges.
• Conduct regular network audits, review standards and compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the retailer network.

Required profile

• Previous experience in automotive aftersales, dealer development, field operations or regional management.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to analyse performance data and deliver measurable improvements.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
