Regional Bank Support Worker – Gloucestershire

About the role

Cygnet is seeking a Regional Bank Support Worker to deliver high‑quality care across multiple sites in Gloucestershire. You will work bank (flexible) shifts, supporting service users in a range of community locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide enhanced, person‑centred care using a flexible learning approach.
• Offer physical and emotional guidance and encouragement to service users.
• Identify individual needs and deliver appropriate support.
• Assist with medical and welfare requirements and report as needed.
• Safeguard service users and maintain a safe, clean environment.
