Regional Business Manager – Electronics & OEM Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a technically‑curious Regional Business Manager to lead our Electronics & OEM Solutions portfolio across South West England and South Wales. This consultative, field‑based role blends engineering insight with commercial acumen to help customers develop innovative products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales across a portfolio of electromechanical solutions, including switches, connectors, I/O systems, thermal management and assembly products.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and procurement specialists to support customers from early design stages through to production.
• Manage an established customer base while identifying new opportunities and creating strategic account plans.
• Drive sustainable growth across the assigned territory, covering multiple postcode areas.

Required profile

• Degree in Electronics, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least two years of proven success in technical sales, electronics, engineering or an OEM environment.
• Experience of design‑led or specification‑driven sales.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with excellent commercial awareness.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of electromechanical components such as switches, connectors and I/O systems.
• Ability to discuss detailed specifications with design engineers.
• Negotiation and relationship‑building skills with procurement teams.
