Regional Dealer Development Manager – South West (Field Based)

About the role

Geely Auto UK is expanding its dealer network across the South West of England. The Regional Dealer Development Manager will prospect, appoint and support high‑quality dealers, ensuring they meet brand standards and deliver strong performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new or existing dealer partners in line with the network strategy.
• Coordinate the franchise application process and manage all required documentation.
• Lead cross‑functional onboarding from franchise approval to site launch, aligning stakeholders and meeting milestones.
• Monitor dealer compliance with brand standards and support corporate identity upgrades.
• Manage franchising activities such as appointments, ownership changes, relocations and terminations.
• Maintain accurate reporting on network status, dealer performance, onboarding progress and pipeline development.
• Conduct regular dealer meetings, set improvement objectives and support dealers to meet KPI targets.
• Monitor dealer P&L performance and assist the Regional Sales Manager with sales targeting.

Required profile

• Relevant automotive experience, preferably in dealer development.
• Deep understanding of regional dealer development functions.
• Established relationships with dealers in the South West region.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
