Regional Director – Facilities Services

About the role

The Regional Director will lead the delivery of facilities services across the South East England region, based in London. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee operations, drive revenue growth and ensure the highest standards of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System, performing monthly checks.
• Manage the regional P&L, monitor budgets, forecast income and control direct costs.
• Oversee recruitment, staff appraisals, training and compliance with health & safety policies.
• Handle wage sheets, authorise material demands and ensure accurate payroll within budget.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and represent the company at internal and external meetings.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand the revenue base and negotiate price adjustments.
• Report system or equipment deficiencies and work with line management to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior operational or commercial leadership within facilities services.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to develop and motivate teams to exceed performance targets.
• Excellent financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality management standards.
