Regional Director of Workplace Experience

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Regional Director of Workplace Experience to lead the execution of its global Workplace Experience strategy across Europe, with a primary focus on the London Angel Lane site. This senior HR leader will partner with real‑estate, People & Culture, technology and communications teams to create a consistent, high‑impact employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the global Workplace Experience strategy at the regional and local level, aligning with Mastercard’s overall objectives.
• Design and deliver employee‑engagement programs, events and initiatives that drive strategic outcomes.
• Establish governance, operating rhythms and execution standards for all European sites.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, P&C, Technology, Communications and employee groups to ensure seamless delivery of workplace services.
• Use data, KPIs and dashboards to measure success, identify risks and continuously improve the employee experience.
• Support adoption of global tools, processes and best practices across the region.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management experience delivering complex, end‑to‑end initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross‑functionally.
• Experience managing partnerships, budgets and operational delivery in a fast‑paced environment.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
