About the role

As Regional Director for Outer London, you will lead a portfolio of high‑value showrooms, ensuring the brand’s purpose and values are delivered through exceptional team performance and a luxury client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple showrooms across Outer London, driving commercial success and operational excellence.
• Implement entrepreneurial strategies to meet financial targets and maintain high standards.
• Foster a collaborative culture and act as the primary link between the support office, retail network, clients and business partners.
• Champion a luxury client experience that exceeds expectations and strengthens relationships.

Required profile

• Proven multi‑site leadership experience delivering sustainable results.
• Deep understanding of retail P&L, commercial levers and budget management.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and influence strategy.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of developing leaders and succession planning.
