Regional Facilities Manager – Commercial & Retail Portfolio

About the role

We are partnering with a global property consultancy to recruit a Regional Facilities Manager for a mixed portfolio of commercial and retail sites across Central London. You will spend most of your time on‑site conducting inspections while also benefiting from flexible working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 14 commercial and retail properties.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Oversee service charge budgets and act as the primary point of contact for tenants and clients.
• Supervise any site‑based Building Managers, who will report directly to you.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property management, preferably with a mixed‑use, multi‑site portfolio.
• Background working for a managing agent and setting service charge budgets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Relevant health & safety or facilities qualifications (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM).

Required skills

• Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
• Experience with service charge budgeting.
