Regional Facilities Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of both hard and soft facilities management services across a multi‑site portfolio in the North East England region. You will ensure safe, compliant, and high‑quality service delivery while supporting operational resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee planned preventative and reactive maintenance for building services.
• Manage soft services including cleaning, waste, security and front‑of‑house operations.
• Drive health and safety compliance and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Use CAFM data and reporting to identify trends, resolve service issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support resource planning and maintain operational resilience across the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Facilities Management or Building Services delivering hard and soft FM in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong organisational, stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Good understanding of statutory compliance and health & safety requirements.
• Experience managing subcontractors and leading teams.
• Proficiency with CAFM systems and operational reporting tools.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Competitive hourly rate of £31.56 paid weekly via umbrella.
