Regional Finance Development Manager – Motorcycles, Midlands

About the role

The Regional Finance Development Manager will lead retail and wholesale finance revenue across the Midlands, working closely with motorcycle dealers and manufacturer partners. Reporting to the Senior Sales Partner, the role combines sales growth, risk management and relationship development, and includes a company car.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow retailer loyalty by driving finance penetration and sales volumes.
• Develop and execute a sales business plan for the assigned region, managing prospecting and renewals.
• Conduct performance reviews, analyse data, and implement process improvements to increase profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coach dealer sales teams, negotiate retailer terms, and support risk assessments and credit submissions.
• Liaise with manufacturer area managers to align network relationships and finance‑driven trade cycle management.

Required profile

• Proven track record in motor finance sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience within the motorcycle or broader leisure vehicle sector, either as a sales executive or finance specialist.
• Strong knowledge of retail finance products, FCA regulations and dealer risk management.
• Excellent relationship‑building, communication and influencing skills across all stakeholder levels.
• Full UK driving licence and full UK motorcycle licence, with willingness to reside in the Midlands.
