Regional HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to lead HR initiatives across multiple sites in the UK. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will act as the change catalyst for a large, people‑focused organisation, supporting senior managers and driving capability, performance and culture transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to shape and implement HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead organisational change projects, including restructures, TUPE transfers and culture change programmes.
• Manage performance, absence, talent and succession planning across the region.
• Analyse HR data and present insights to inform decision‑making.
• Handle complex, high‑risk employee relations cases.
• Build strong relationships with managers and employees to promote engagement with the company vision.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR within Hospitality, Leisure, Retail, Care or Facilities Management environments with large employee groups.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, from line managers to senior leadership.
• Track record of delivering change, restructures, performance and reward initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive approach to identifying people issues.
