Regional HR Case Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Regional HR Case Manager. Based in Kent with the flexibility to work remotely, you will support managers across the South East England region on complex employee relations matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of serious and complex HR cases, prioritising activities and meeting deadlines.
• Provide telephone and face‑to‑face advice to managers on capability, conduct, suspensions, investigations and appeals.
• Review investigation reports, draft letters and communications, and prepare documentation for formal hearings.
• Record and track cases in the Case Management System, ensuring accurate data throughout the process.
• Coach managers on people‑management best practices, fairness and consistent decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven track record of handling a range of complex HR cases.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of UK employment law and its practical implications.
• Strong communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work autonomously, using initiative while seeking senior advice when needed.
